We generally recommend having your system professionally maintained at least once or twice a year. If you have both heating and cooling equipment, seasonal maintenance can help make sure you're ready before you really need it.

How do I know if my HVAC system needs a repair?

Accepted Answer

If your system isn't heating or cooling properly, is making unusual noises, running constantly, blowing weak airflow, or your energy bills suddenly seem higher than normal, it's worth having someone take a look.

Sometimes a small problem is just a small problem. Sometimes it's a warning that something bigger is coming. We'd rather help you figure that out before you're stuck without heating or AC.

Can you help make my HVAC system more efficient?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Sometimes improving efficiency is as simple as maintenance, airflow corrections, or a thermostat adjustment. Other times, an older or poorly sized system may be the bigger issue.

We'll take a look at what's going on and let you know what we find. You don't have to replace your whole system just because someone says you should.

Are you going to charge me "an arm and a leg"?

Accepted Answer

No way! We try to keep our pricing fair and straightforward. We offer flat-rate pricing on many services, so you'll have a better idea what the job is going to cost before we get started. We also run seasonal specials on things like preventative maintenance.

As a small family business, it really is just us two, we way have less overhead than many of the bigger companies, and we work hard to keep our prices reasonable without cutting corners on our work.

As always, if you choose to hire us, your diagnostic fee gets waived. Our goal is to fix the problem, treat you right, and give you a good value for your money.

What info can I provide to help when reaching out for HVAC help?

It helps to know what's going on with your system and when the problem started.

Is the AC blowing warm air?
Is the system making a strange noise?
Have your electric bills gone up?

Any little detail can help. If you're thinking about replacing your system, it's also good to have an idea of your budget and what's important to you, like comfort, efficiency, or fixing hot and cold spots in the house.
